Skilled Workforce

Our skilled workforce comprising of 1,200 workers and 150 staff that can handle any style be it a small or a large order in any light woven fabric. Our production line workers and staff are trained to handle specialized operations like faggoting, smocking, pintuck, shearing, and much more. Our workers and staff add value to the product by adding prints, embroidery, heat press, attaching embellishments, sequences, and ornaments, or by doing different kinds of wash-enzyme, bleach, cool dye, garment dye, etc.

We believe in the use of recycled materials - recycled polyester fabric, plastic, and paper. As an apparel manufacturer, we strive continuously to reduce our carbon emission footprint by reducing electricity, gas, and water consumption. All waste materials such as fabric, plastic, and paper are fully recycled. Posh Garments has received recognition by Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) in the year 2018 for its effort towards sustainability.
